Before you start
The process has two parts: the user panel and the client. Use the user panel to create an account, choose a plan, view orders, get your subscription, and open the download page. Use the client to load the subscription, display routes, and establish a connection. Each part has a separate role. Do not look for an installer on a marketing page or copy configuration from an unknown source.
Before you begin, decide which device you will use and make sure your browser can open the VPNZe user panel normally. The import flow is broadly the same on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS: get the subscription for your current account in the panel, open the client’s import option, and update the route list. Only the menu locations and system permissions differ by platform; you do not need to create the account or plan again.
Follow this page in order. After creating an account, sign in once to confirm that the username and password work. After paying, confirm the order status before copying the subscription. After importing, update the list before choosing a route. Skipping several steps makes it difficult to tell whether the problem comes from the order, subscription, or client configuration. For deeper network diagnostics, see the troubleshooting guide; this page covers only the main path for first-time setup.
Create an account
Open the account creation page, enter a username you plan to keep using, and set a password that is not reused on other websites. VPNZe does not require an email address to create an account, so the username is the main credential to remember when signing in to the user panel. Check that all fields are complete before submitting.
Once the user panel opens, do not configure the client yet. Check the top of the panel or the account section and confirm that it shows the account you just created. If the page is still on the sign-in screen, use the username and password you set earlier. Successfully reaching the account overview means the account step is complete, and you can choose a plan next.
Store your password in a trusted password manager. Because account creation does not use an email address, forgetting the username or password can make recovery more difficult. If the username is already taken, choose another recognizable name that does not contain sensitive information. Do not repeatedly create accounts, or you may end up associating orders and subscriptions with different accounts.
Choose a plan and place an order
After opening the Plans page in the user panel, choose a plan based on your actual data needs. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. For irregular usage, choose a permanent, non-expiring data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB.
Do not choose solely by the largest data allowance. Everyday browsing, text communication, and lightweight tools usually use less data; extended streaming, large downloads, or continuous use across multiple devices will consume it faster. All plans support unlimited devices, but unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Devices share the available data under the account, so choose based on total usage.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation screen and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the order or account overview and wait for the status to update. Do not create the same order again before the status is confirmed. If the payment result does not sync for a long time, keep the order details and submit a ticket from the user panel.
When upgrading a monthly subscription partway through its term, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. For first-time setup, there is no need to plan a complex upgrade path; choose the option closest to your current needs. VPNZe offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and the process.
Get your subscription from the user panel
After the order is confirmed, open the account overview and find the subscription information section. The panel provides a copy or import option for handing the routes available to your account to the client. After clicking Copy, check for a success message. If the browser requests clipboard permission, allow it for this action only after confirming that the page is the VPNZe user panel.
The subscription content acts as the credential the client uses to read the route list. Do not publish it on a public page or forward it to unrelated people. Addresses used to illustrate the format in this guide must be clearly fake, such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example cannot connect to VPNZe and contains no real subscription information. In actual use, copy the content only from your own user panel and do not edit any characters.
You do not need to open the subscription address directly in a browser after copying it. Instead, open the client for your device and paste it through “Subscription,” “Configuration management,” or “Import from link.” If the client can detect clipboard content, open the client first and start the import deliberately to avoid pasting the subscription into a search box, chat window, or another app.
If the account overview does not show a subscription option, return to the order section and confirm the status and plan validity, then refresh the panel. If you still cannot retrieve it, see the account and subscription information in the Help Center. Do not place repeated orders to solve a display issue; that makes the order history harder to reconcile.
Import clients on each platform
Start from the user panel download page to get the client. VPNZe does not provide static installer links on the guide page; the download page shows the appropriate option for your account and device. After installation, return to this section and continue with your platform. A successful import is indicated by a route list appearing in the client, not merely a single raw link.
Windows import
Use a Windows client that supports subscription import. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration or subscription management screen and choose Import from link. Paste the subscription you copied earlier into the field, save it, and run an update. Wait for the route names to appear in the main interface.
When connecting for the first time, Windows may ask for network- or proxy-related permissions. Allow them only after confirming that the program came from the user panel’s provided entry point. Then return to the client’s main interface, choose a route near your target region, and enable the system proxy or the client’s connection switch.
macOS import
Use a macOS client that supports subscriptions and system network extensions. Open the client’s subscription or configuration menu, choose Add from link, paste the content copied from the panel, and save it. Return to the main window and update the list, then confirm that routes are shown by country or city.
When connecting for the first time, macOS may display a network extension or VPN configuration authorization prompt. Read the system prompt and complete the authorization so the client can manage the required connection. If the subscription imports successfully but the switch cannot be enabled, check the relevant permission in System Settings and try again.
Android import
Use an Android client that supports subscription updates. Find Add subscription in the client’s side menu or configuration page, then choose import from the clipboard or a link. After pasting, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, save it, and update the route list.
Choose a route and tap Connect; the system will show a VPN connection authorization prompt. Confirm it, and a system connection indicator will usually appear in the status bar. If the connection drops after switching networks, return to the client and reconnect. For issues caused by background operation or battery-saving policies, continue with the troubleshooting guide.
iOS import
Start from the iOS client entry provided in the user panel and use a mobile client that supports subscription import. Open the client’s configuration or subscription page, choose Add via link, and paste the subscription copied from the panel. After updating, confirm that the route list has loaded.
The first connection will display a system VPN configuration authorization prompt. Follow the system flow to confirm it, then return to the client. Choose a route and turn on the connection switch; once the system shows the connection status, continue to verification. If the subscription cannot be read from the clipboard, paste it manually, but do not modify the link.
Connect and verify that it works
First choose a route in the region where the target service is located. If you only need to confirm that the client works, start with a geographically nearby route. For content specific to a region, switch to the relevant country or city. Route types may include IEPL, transit, or direct connection. During first-time setup, you do not need to compare every option; establish one repeatable connection as a baseline.
After clicking Connect, wait until the client status changes to Connected, then open the international website or tool you need in a browser. Check whether the page loads completely, the sign-in flow continues, and content requests work normally. Do not judge solely by the client switch color. If the target page was already open, refresh it after connecting so the browser does not continue showing an old cached version.
After the first page loads, disconnect once and reconnect using the same route. If the target service still opens normally on the second connection, the subscription, permissions, and basic network path are configured. You can then test other regions as needed without importing the subscription again. When the client routes are updated, run a subscription update to sync the current available list.
If the client shows Connected but webpages do not open, first try another route in the same region and temporarily disable other network proxy tools that could conflict. If every route fails, check the system time, network permissions, and whether the subscription updated successfully. For frequent disconnects, mobile background drops, DNS issues, or specific apps not using the proxy, open the complete troubleshooting guide and diagnose the issue by symptom.
The initial setup is now complete. When changing devices, you do not need to create another account or purchase again. Sign in to the same user panel on the new device, get the appropriate client from the download page, then copy and import the current subscription. VPNZe supports unlimited devices, and all devices share the plan data under the account.
Basic setup complete
Choose a different route directly in the client; refresh the subscription before updating the configuration; and open the help and troubleshooting pages when you encounter a specific symptom.
